Chill Out At Summer BBQs With Refreshing Tequila Cocktail

With BBQ season upon us, it’s a perfect time for outdoor entertaining.  Add a burst of color and fresh fruit flavor to the menu with the tasty Corzo Bliss.

Created by New York City mixologist Jonathan Pogash, the cocktail mixes ginger liqueur, muddled watermelon and mint leaves with the citrus and vanilla flavors of Corzo Silver. The pink hue and cubed watermelon garnish elevate this summertime cocktail adding a mod vibe to pool side entertaining.

The CORZO Bliss

2 parts Corzo Silver Tequila

3/4 parts Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur

5 one-inch chunks of watermelon

5-7 mint leaves

Process: In a mixing glass, muddle the watermelon and mint. Then add remaining ingredients and shake well with ice.  Strain into a pre-chilled cocktail glass. Garnish: watermelon cube and mint leaves
